Current trends in the development of personalized medicine dictate need to interpret chronic pain as a multifactorial biopsychosocial phenomenon. A comprehensive integrated approach management patients with includes nosological diagnostics, assessment factors that determine persistence and comorbid pathology, use necessary pharmacological non-pharmacological methods treatment. Currently, primarily non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are used for pharmacotherapy pain, which is predominantly nociceptive nature. Meloxicam (Movalis®), along high efficacy, has favorable safety profile proven itself treatment musculoskeletal pain. For associated neuropathy central sensitization, choice tricyclic antidepressants, serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor duloxetine, α2δ ligands pregabalin gabapentin.
